“ We decided to give Freshly Greek a try, having never been there, but were seeking simple, good tasting food on a bright, sunny Springtime Sunday. So glad we did. We were immediately greeted by the smiling and gracious owner, Peter, who explained that everything is made to order and sourced locally. We ordered a pork gyro and a Greek salad, telling Peter we would both be sharing these plates. He had the gyro cut in half and brought two plates so we could each have our own from which to eat both the salad and the gyro. We have had Greek salads in Athens and this one matched it. Fresh, perfect balsamic and a slab of feta cheese topped with capers. Mouthwatering, to say the least. The gyro pita was soft, fresh and perfectly warm and for us, as retirees, half of it was more than enough, portion-wise. Loved the tzatziki sauce. Next time we will ask Peter to go easy on the salt with the fries. Overall, it was a great Sunday lunch . . . just what we were looking for. And it was a pleasure getting to know Peter and his passion for his restaurant. ”

“ A hidden gem with excellent food and full bar. The food actually tastes fresh, not fried or frozen, like someone cooked for you at home. The flavors are on point and the menu has variety as well as gluten free options. Friendly staff, plenty of seating, kid play area - absolutely a must visit for any local. The best Greek food in the county. Drinks are reasonable with surprising variety. Come try it out! ”

“ When we first arrived to Freshly Greek, we were a bit alarmed by an entirely empty dining room on a Friday night. However, we could not have been more pleased with our experience! Our appetizer was the star of the night - an exquisite fried feta (it blew all of our previous experiences with fried cheese out of the water)! For our entrees we selected the falafel burger with fries (scrumptious!) and the spanakopita (something neither of us was previously familiar with). The service was friendly and attentive, and we will definitely be returning to Freshly Greek to try more items on their menu (and from their full bar)! ”

“ We had a wonderful stop here while in the area. My spanakopita was flavorful and delicious. My son had the mini chicken cutlets and daughter in law had falafel gyro. They raved about the flavor as well. Their children had fun in his cozy play area. The restaurant is neat and clean. Highly recommend if you love Greek food done right and authentic! ”

“ Edit: still love the food here but recommend figuring out something different with the online ordering system. It said my order would be ready at 6:52 and I sat and waited for it until 7:20. I’m much less likely to order from Freshly Greek if this is what I can expect with timeliness. Great addition to Oregon Pike! The food is great and the owner is friendly and passionate about sourcing high quality local ingredients. My friend is gluten free and said the gf bun is one of the best she’s had. The brisket sirloin chuck burger was delicious and loaded with feta cheese, tzatziki, and veggies. They have beer and cocktails as well. Excited to visit again soon! ”

“ AMAZING! We had the pastitsio: layers of slim pasta noodles, finely ground beef, topped with a creamy bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese. They gave plenty of kalamata olives in the salad, too . And their mint tea is delish! The Owner, also our waiter, was very friendly. Highly recommend ”
